Pathways Engagement & Mentoring provides SEND-informed, relationship-led support for pupils experiencing SEMH needs, attendance difficulties, emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA), anxiety and barriers to engagement within mainstream education.
Our approach focuses on consistency, emotional wellbeing and early intervention, helping young people rebuild confidence and reconnect positively with learning.

Pathways Engagement & Mentoring works collaboratively with schools and local authorities to provide flexible, part-time support for pupils experiencing barriers to engagement within mainstream education.
Provision is designed to complement existing school support, with pupils remaining on roll while accessing targeted intervention, mentoring and reintegration support.
